NEBDN Regulated Diploma Student Transfers
STUDENT TRANSFERS FROM OTHER COURSE PROVIDERS
We have noticed that there is an increased number of students from the NEBDN accredited dental nursing courses who are looking for options to transfer to Dental Tutors.
We are pleased to announce that you can now continue your NEBDN Online Diploma in Dental Nursing course with us.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ask your current course provider to complete a withdrawal form and submit it to the NEBDN. This must be done prior to the transfer.
Note: you will have 15 days to join a new course provider and complete the transfer. - The monthly fee of £150 will be applied until you pass both dental nurse exams.
- If you failed the exam, the exam resit fee must be paid upon transfer (£150 for the NEBDN Knowledge Test or £300 for the NEBDN Professional Discussion).
- A one-time transfer fee of £150 must be paid when transferring to Dental Tutors.

CHEATING DURING EXAMS
We do not tolerate cheating during the examination and anyone found cheating or manipulating the examination in any way will be investigated and withdrawn or will have to resit the exam under the supervision of an invigilator. Students will also have to cover the exam resit fees as well as any other fees involved.
Student will be responsible for the following fees:
Exam resit fee: £150 (Knowledge Test) or £300 (Professional Discussion)
Invigilation fee: £500 (this includes travel costs, accommodation, classroom rental, and other related expenses)
Exams are monitored using the MaxExam app, with webcam and microphone invigilation to ensure compliance.

EXAM RESIT
If you need to resit the NEBDN examination and wish to stay with your current course provider, then our NEBDN Exam Preparation material might be exactly what you need.
During the examination you will be monitored throughout using Invigilation software in the MaxExam app. This will be done using your webcam and microphone allowing invigilators to remotely monitor your behaviour, in real time, during the exam. Your data is also available for NEBDN to review post exam for more in-depth analysis. The data will be stored, saved, retrieved, and disposed of in line with GDPR requirements.
We do not tolerate cheating during the examination and anyone found cheating or manipulating the examination in any way will be withdrawn or will have to resit the exam as well as cover the full fees of resit as well as any other fees involved.
